“What if my VA quits, or doesn’t work out?”
Investing in training is investing in a system. In the first 30 days post deployment, we work closely with your VA to ensure they feel confident in handling the tech responsibilities for your business. If additional training is needed, it's provided during this time. You reserve the right to end their contract anytime but because of your investment in them, they will work with you for at least 90 days. After that both parties can provide a 30 day notice to terminate the arrangement.
“Will training interfere with my current business systems?”
Not at all. Every VA receives a separate free 30-day training account inside OneTech. This allows them to practice, experiment, and complete assignments in a safe environment with zero impact on your live business. Once they’re trained and certified, they’ll step into your actual systems with confidence.
“What about ongoing support for my VA?”
Great question! Training doesn’t end when certification is complete. When you and your VA are using OneTech Premium Plus, ongoing support is built right in — both of you will have access to live tech support, live mastermind sessions, live tech implementation sessions and all the resources we offer to keep your systems running smoothly.
“What if I don't use OneTech?”
This program is designed specifically for OneTech, an all-in-one platform. It is your responsibility to train your VA on other systems your business relies on that are beyond the scope of training topics listed above.
“Will I have to find my own VA and get them enrolled in this program?”
No. As part of this program, we will find and train a VA for you. As part of training, your VA will begin joining the daily mastermind and tech implementation calls. If within the first 30 days of deployment, you feel that the VA is not the right fit for you, we will train another VA free of charge.

1. Can I start with a part-time VA and switch to full-time later?
Yes, you can start with part-time and switch to full-time later on but please note two important things:
1: You will be paying an additional $1,250 for switching to a full-time arrangement with your VA because initially it costs more than $1,250 to hire and train a VA and we are subsidizing that cost for you.
2: We cannot guarantee that the same VA will be available to support you on a full-time basis at a later date. When you hire a full-time VA we only interview candidates who are available and ready to work full-time. If you know you need a full-time VA and your business can support it, go with that option from the start. Otherwise, start with a part-time VA.
2. How long does the training & certification take?
The core training is ~30 days of focused study, assignments, feedback, and a final project. We anticipate your VA learning for 6-8 hours a day during this month of training. During their training, they primarily are not available to take on any projects because their focus is on learning and completing their assignments. Training begins on first Monday of every month. VAs hired by the 23rd of each month are guaranteed to start training on the first Monday of the following month. VAs hired after this date may have to wait until the next training cycle begins.
3. What skills and tools are included?
30+ competencies: OneTech features listed above for building websites, funnels, automations, social media scheduling, call bookings, courses and communities as well as content creation tools like Canva for graphics, Capcut for video editing, Google Workspace for documents, StreamYard for livestreaming and Zoom for meetings.
4. What kind of clients is this for, and who is it not for?
It’s for coaches, course creators, and service providers building their own teams who are primarily using OneTech as their CRM. It is not for agencies who want to train staff for other businesses, agencies or white-label, etc. Our goal is to help you scale your business with trustworthy, well-trained help.
5. What if I want to become a Tech VA myself — can this program help me?
Absolutely! While the program is designed for business owners who want their VAs trained and certified, many aspiring VAs also enroll directly. If your goal is to become a OneTech Certified VA, this program equips you with 30+ in-demand skills, a professional certification, and the confidence to start your own business where you can serve coaches, course creators, and service providers at a high level. And because you’ll be certified, you’ll have the credibility to charge more for your expertise and position yourself as a premium VA or business owner in the marketplace.
6. What can I expect when I sign up today?
1: You will be given access to the Business Owner Masterclasses right away.
2: You will be asked a couple of questions on the confirmation page to help us with the VA search.
3: We will begin searching for the perfect VA for your needs.
4: When your VA is hired, you will meet them within a week of starting their training and agree on a start date.
5: A new OneTech training account will be created for them. They will begin their training and start joining the daily live calls.
6: When they have completed all the trainings, assignments, assessments and the final project, they will be given a certificate of completion.
7: They will begin working with you directly based on the agreed upon start date and invoice you every 2 weeks after that.
